Had a really busy day. Had to do my Monday cleaning and then take Philip to the dentist. He was so funny today. He told me that he did a really quick job brushing his teeth today so that the dentist wouldn't get mad. I said why and he said because then he would have something to clean. Philip is so funny he really makes me laugh. Then we went shopping and I bought myself some jewelry for spring and some cute outfits for Emma's birthday and a really cute dress for Cassie boo. She is really growing. I love those kids as if they are my own. All in all it was a good day except I have had a migraine for four days and it is at the base of my neck. It really does not feel too good. I am really tired tonight. Maybe I will just watch a movie and go to bed. Oh by the way Philip is fifteen and has never had one cavity. Pretty good going Mr. President.
